We do not guarantee a delivery date or time as this is out of our control. Once we drop the goods off at the shipping company they have full control here. We will provide a tracking number that you can monitor.

** Please note that your address given is correct as once the goods are dispatched the address cannot be changed. delivery to an incorrect address is not a valid reason for a refund.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping times:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed, assembled, and dispatched within 1-2 days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: The shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and the delivery destination. Estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order status, tracking number, and delivery instructions. You can also log into your Georgie Bling account or contact us support@georgiebling.com help if needed.

Customs and Duties

We only charge for the product and shipping costs at checkout. However, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are determined by the destination country’s regulations. These additional charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

As customs rules and exemptions vary by country, we recommend checking your local customs laws before placing an order. In many cases, goods below a certain value may be exempt from additional fees, but items above this threshold may incur extra charges.

Georgie Bling cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Georgie Bling will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.
