Return Exchange and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Please select your items thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the unique nature of our products and the value of their materials. However, we recognize that there may be instances where an item does not meet your expectations. To accommodate this, we will review a request for exchange within 7 days of delivery.  

Refunds will only be issued for items deemed faulty that cannot be replaced by Georgie Bling.

Items Not Eligible for Return and/or Refund

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, Georgie Bling cannot accept returns on earrings under any circumstances.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale, final clearance, or through special promotions (such as bundle deals or with promotional codes) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
  • Gift Cards
  • Worn or Altered Items
  • Returns After 14 Days: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Skin Sensitivities: Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items if your skin or body reacts adversely to the jewelry. While stainless steel and gold are often considered hypoallergenic, we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for everyone. If you are prone to metal sensitivities, we recommend consulting a dermatologist or doctor prior to making a purchase.
  • ** Please note that your address given when purchasing the goods is correct as once the goods are dispatched the address cannot be changed. Delivery to an incorrect address is not a valid reason for a refund.

14-Day Return Policy

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All packaging (including boxes, pouches, and jewelry cards) must be returned in their original condition. Any damaged or missing packaging may incur a repackaging fee.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the returned goods appear worn, marked, or damaged, or if they are not in a condition suitable for resale. This also applies to items that have been altered, repaired, or modified in any way that has not been authorized by Georgie Bling.
    • You will be charged the return shipping in this case

 

The Return Process

  • To start a return, email Support@georgiebling.com with your order number and the name of the item/s you wish to return (SWKU numbers if possible).
  • If your return is accepted, please send your item to PO Box 3181, Burleigh Town, Qld 4220 Australia including all required documentation as instructed by us. We will send a confirmation email advising you of what is required.
  • The cost of the return shipping is at the client’s own expense unless otherwise agreed by Georgie Bling in writing.
  • PLEASE NOTE – Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Credit Notes

  • Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse it will be inspected. Once approved for return/exchange the client will receive an in-store credit note.
  • This credit note/voucher will be in the form of an online code to the value of the returned item (does not include the cost of your returned shipping) which can be used to purchase product from within georgeibling.com online store.
  • Please note that the cost of the original courier to you is not valid for credit upon return. Only the price of the product returned will be credited. The cost of the return shipping is at your expense. Unless otherwise agreed prior to your return. If it is agreed that Georgie Bling will cover the cost of the return freight this amount will be added to your credit note.

Non-Defective Product Returns

  • In cases where the product is not defective but does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to discuss the situation. If we agree to the product being returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any related charges. The product must be returned in the same packaging and not damaged in any way. A store Credit will be issued once the product has arrived at our warehouse for the value of that item only.

Jewelry Care & Plating

All of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and gold and should be treated with care. Please refrain from resizing the jewelry, and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged contact with water that has high levels of chlorine, salt, or minerals.

Any issues related to fading plating after wear will not be considered a fault unless we have confirmed a batch-related problem. In such cases, we will inform all customers of the issue and provide an option to recall the product.

Please note that items may vary slightly from their images on our online store. We have made every effort to accurately represent the size and color of the items (images are enlarged to display the Jewellery detail – so many pieces will infact look smaller in real life. See sizing within the description of each piece), but variations may occur due to differences in plating batches or the display settings on your computer screen. Georgie Bling cannot be held responsible for these product variations.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Returning defective goods will incur no cost to the customer.

Defective items may be returned to Georgie Bling within the returns policy period  this period for replacement, or store refund.

If the product is determined NOT to be defective and is deemed commercially acceptable, you will NOT be eligible for replacement, or store refund. In this case, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to Georgie Bling as well as the costs of redelivering it back to you.

An item is NOT considered defective, and you will NOT be entitled to any replacement or refund under the general warranty if:

(a) The faults or damage are due to normal wear and tear, such as broken chains, chipped, cracked, missing, or damaged pearls or stones;

(b) Damage results from improper use of the product, including bent, twisted, snapped, oxidized items, or fading of the plating;

(c) The item has minor manufacturing or production imperfections that are acceptable in accordance with general commercial practices, including slight color variations due to different plating batches.

Decisions regarding replacement, or refunds are at the discretion of Georgie Bling and its suppliers.

Once we receive the returned item, we will either replace it within 14 days or issue a full store refund within 5 business days.

All refunds or exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Georgie Bling.

Georgie Blings liability is limited to the replacement of defective products. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear or negligence will not be refunded or replaced.
